Nortech Control Systems is pleased to announce a significant shift in our leadership structure.
We are delighted to share that Amer Hafiz, a dedicated member of our team who has previously served as our Technical Director, has been promoted to the position of Managing Director.
Amer embarked on his Nortech journey in January 2012 as a Principal Engineer and swiftly ascended the ranks, showcasing exceptional talent and commitment. His academic excellence, including a First Class Honours degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Cardiff, coupled with his valuable electronic industry experience at renowned companies like Sony and Panasonic, laid a strong foundation for his remarkable journey at Nortech.
Amer has played a key role in Nortech's product development, notably leading efforts on the recent DeltaQuest OEM controller. His technical background ensures a thorough and detail-oriented approach, contributing to the high-quality products Nortech is known for.
As Managing Director, Amer will oversee daily business operations, drive our long-term business strategy, guide our product development efforts, and manage key business relationships.
Alongside this change, our current Managing Director Stephen Blackler will move to the role of Chairman, providing consistent leadership at the board level.
